Salon Policy & Booking Agreement Waiver Thank you for choosing my Salon Loft! Please read the following terms and policies carefully. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below. 1. Non-Refundable Deposits •A deposit is required for all color services booked online. •First-time clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure their appointment. •All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or rescheduling. 2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy •We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within 24 hours or less before your appointment, or if you no-show, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. •"No call, no show" clients may be required to pay in full before rebooking in the future. 3. Final Sale Policy •All services and retail sales are final. No refunds will be given for any completed services or purchased products. 4. Late Arrival Policy •Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and could be subject to a late cancellation fee. 5. Health & Safety •Please arrive in good health. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you reschedule in advance. We maintain high sanitation standards and reserve the right to refuse service if a client’s behavior or condition poses a risk to staff or others. By signing below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies above. You authorize charges to your payment method as outlined in this agreement.
